DC solar submersible pump is an environmentally-friendly water supply solution. Dc solar submersible pump are fitted with a permanent magnet motor which enables the efficient use of energy from nature. The dc solar submersible pump offers the perfect water supply solution in remote areas where water is scarce and the power supply is non-existent or unreliable.
The dc solar submersible pump adapt to the characteristic weather profile of any given area. A battery backup system can store the extra energy generated and take over when the energy from nature is not available.
DC solar submersible pump is more than just a pump -it's a complete intelligent system. Thanks to its built-in electronics, the dc solar submersible pump can be directly connected to the solar panels or batteries without requiring an external inverter.
The pump with a large external controller, besides more stable, and the service life is longer,

PUMP DESCRIPTION
1.max head = 1.5 times *H - 2 times *H.
H = vertical distance (well depth + tank height) + horizontal distance (horizontal distance from well to tank)/10.
2.Solar panel voltage = 1.5 times the pump voltage
Solar panel power= 2 times the pump power.
3. The entire pump must be in the water, ie there must be water in the well. The pump cannot run for long periods of time in a waterless environment.
4. Water quality requirements:
4.1. Don't be too dirty, such as sediment, it is easy to block the screws above, can not be rotated, causing the? built-in controller to burn out. The impurities can be cleaned regularly.
4.2. It should not be corroded or overheated. Since the outside of the pump is stainless steel, it is easily corroded. If water enters the pump due to corrosion, the controller is a circuit board and is prone to burnout.Not covered by the warranty.
5. When using the first time, the UVW line must be connected correctly. It is recommended to put all the pumps in the bucket with full water, try the circuit first to ensure the line is connected correctly, and then put the pump into the borehole.
If the first connection is wrong,then to connect the line correctly, After turning on the power,if the screw turns, and pump works normally, it is ok.
If the second time,the wires are connected correctly, but the screw still does not turn after the power is turned on, and the screw can be rotated normally by pressing the screw. If the route is still incorrect, the screw can't be pressed.
SOLAR PANELS CONNECTION METHOD:1. Solar panel = 1.5 times the pump voltage and 1.5-2 times the power. Connected in parallel.2.if 6 pcs solar panels, 2 solar panels are connected in series, called a group, and then these groups are connected in parallel. EXTERNAL CONTROLLER DESCRIPTION: (Corresponding To Picture Number)
1. Outside, the black switch should be turned on.
2. The last two interfaces detect if there is water in the well. By default, there is water in the well, so a red cable is connected.
Note:
2.1. Automatically control the switch based on whether there is water in the well. Do not turn off the red cable if you are not using this feature.
2.2. According to the water level of the water tank, the switch is automatically controlled. If this feature is not used, both interfaces can be left blank without being connected.
3. The UVW 3 cable must be properly connected.
4. There is a rotary button that can be adjusted to the maximum 'full'. The default is "full".If the pump speed is too high, it can be adjusted by rotation.
